In 2007, SW Resources purchased a 5 unit apartment building along with a 3 bedroom house. Our purpose in acquiring these properties was severalfold.

These buildings were for sale, and are adjacent to our location at the corner of Seventh and East Streets, and the board of directors decided that it is in the best long term interest of the organization to own property that borders our current campus.

Many of our client employees face affordable housing issues, and after careful discussion, the decision was made that if SW Resources could possibly help with this, then it makes sense to do so.

Finally, the apartments will pay for themselves and possibly even provide additional income for the organization.
